RE: DP&L Utility Work

As part of Salisbury Public Works’ ongoing effort to keep the public informed of improvements within the City of Salisbury, please be advised that a contractor will be affecting the flow of traffic in order to upgrade an existing three phase electrical line on East Market Street from Route 13 to Circle Avenue.

The work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, beginning Wednesday, November 13, 2013 and will be completed by Friday, December 13, 2013 barring unforeseen problems. Expect delays due to traffic pattern modifications. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
