BALTIMORE —In the Democratic race for governor of Maryland, Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown is going on the record saying he's not running a negative campaign.
The lieutenant governor denied allegations that his campaign has gone negative in his bid to become the state's next governor on the set of 11 News on Sunday Morning.
From being snapped at a party where underage drinking was taking place to unpaid speeding tickets brought to light, Brown's closest competitor, Attorney General Doug Gansler, has been dogged by scandal in recent weeks.
