Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.

Army bases back
Container shipping ports back
Interstate highways back
US highways back
Flood control structures back
Our billions for medical research at Texas Universities
All our SBA loans back

Texas does not need the permission of the Federal Government to leave the Union. They are a State by treaty only. They can leave the union and form a Country and have 5 individual States.Learn your history. This is contained within the treaty. Texas was NOT an annexation of the United States. All properties built within the State of Texas becomes the owned property of the State of Texas.

You better believe, that the govt will send in troops of army guys to take you out or to make you stay or join back in with the union...
