Whatever looks good on paper and in a computer program in a national overview. In the last 3 presidential campaigns the homeless issue has been avoided completely.Even the moderators refuse to bring it up.Point being that this post is reflective of a national problem that has been identified as anything BUT what it is.The homeless population is rapidly rising and all who could make a difference choose to ignore it.
