The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is interested in what is happening on the highways from the driver’s perspective. Annually, the MVA conducts a survey of licenses drivers
within the state. This survey seeks to gain information regarding drivers’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors as it relates to highway safety practices. The survey focuses on highway safety issues, including seat belts, impaired driving, speeding, motorcycles and distracted driving. Additionally, the feedback will help to
shape highway safety programs within the state. People completing the survey may remain anonymous, but are asked to provide their gender, age and ZIP code.

So, it looks like the only issues out there according to the survey are impaired driving, speeding, and wearing seat belts.
Who knew?
Nothing about knowing the rules of the road, lane usage, how to handle an intersection during a power outtage, what an acceleration/ deceleration lane is for.
None of that silly drivel... Drive as dumb as you want.
They just want your IP address and the answer to the question, "Do you ever drink and drive?"
Your "Equipment Violation" will be here shortly...
8:55 nailed it. Further, they will use the "concerns" in the survey to institute some new military "campaign" against the citizens under the guise of "citizens have voiced their concerns about blah blah blah" so we are responding to them with a new round of Nazi checkpoints, warrantless searches, beatings and murder for pissing us off, and lots more fines and fees. You know, to keep you safe. If you live.
