I've been thinking about investing in glass bottom boats for when this place goes under water.

4:28. OK. Mea Culpa. Just tired of all the negativity. I too like the little things in life and much prefer Assateague to the hubbub of OC. I do however think that it's fortunate we have a choice and would not want to lose the economic benefit OC brings to the Eastern Shore.
