Since Zion is an east-west road, I'll correct this one. The truck was westbound, and mowed down mailboxes while leaving the road twice in a half mile stretch of the road, starting at the bridge over the Bypass and ending at a yard/ tree pretty much across from the car dealership. Still going at a fatal rate of speed after all that, and "alcohol and speed were not factors"?????? Riiiiiiight!

No, I'm just saying that speed HAD to be a factor! If I ran off the road plowing through mailboxes twice after hitting the side of a bridge a half mile earlier, MAYBE I would have made a decision to slow the f__k down below 50 or so. But, since that decision was not made, it makes me wonder if alcohol, which has been known (in some circles) to cause difficulty in decision making, may have also been involved. I'm guessing that when you realize that for the last half mile of travel you have hit a bridge sidewall, exited the road twice after that and going through maybe 10 mailboxes flying over your windshield, your best decision is to keep going at a fatal speed?
But, that's just a guess, just like the NORTH vs West decision. Sorry, I cheated and used a COMPASS!!!!!!
Uhn, 648, they did the autopsy at the scene? They are ruling out a lot here without proof the morning after!

No, it does not. Like the other guy said, she could have had something medical wrong with her and would not be able to slow down or avoid the things she hit.
Didn't they already rule that speed and booze were NOT a factor? When they find out what caused the collision, I'm sure you will be the first to know.
Is she related to the Dolch guy that works at the Sheriff's office or corrections department? Might have said no alcohol out of respect for him?
Fyi she was rushing to the hospital to be with her mother who had just been taken to the er for a possible heart attack. It was a tragic accident.
