Smith Admits To Setting 52 Fires

ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Charles Smith III admitted to setting 52 of the 77 fires on the Eastern Shore and was denied bond in court Wednesday.

Smith and his fiance, Tonya Bundick, were arrested last week for setting a fire in Melfa. The two have only been charged in connection with that incident, but State Police say they are responsible for a majority of the 77 fires in Accomack County since mid-November.

According to the Eastern Shore News Virginia editor Ted Shockley, Smith said Bundick set 15 of the fires. These numbers indicate the couple set 67 of the 77 fires.

Quote: Smith was allegedly in tears in court.

I doubt that any of those tears Mr. Firebug shed were for his fiancee Tonya who stated on her facebook page that she loved him dearly and would have been marring him soon (yesterday's dream). As a sign of his love, crybaby threw her under the bus in an attempt to save his own ***. What a woose.
