I have no personal experience in the business of false flag terrorism, but I imagine that engineering a successfully staged terror attack to be blamed on innocent or semi-innocent parties with the goal of psychologically manipulating a population requires that one also be an accomplished storyteller. It demands an avid imagination and an organized sense of foresight. And, most of all, it requires a consistency of narrative. Without consistency, the audience’s ability to suspend its disbelief is damaged, and they become disconnected from the fantasy being portrayed.
If I were the “writer” behind the “story” of the Boston Marathon Bombing, I would consider my efforts an abject failure.
The narrative of the event has changed multiple times in only a few days, following a hailstorm of conflicting observations from the government and the establishment-run media. The “villain” of the original plotline was clearly meant to be “rightwing extremism” as numerous mainstream talking heads, led by federal agency inferences, began repeating the “homegrown right wing terrorist” meme everywhere. This meme was partly abandoned after the alternative media and the Liberty Movement began its own investigation, revealing a large federal presence on the scene, including military Civil Support Teams often tied to the DHS and Northcom, as well as the witnesses who observed what on-scene officials called “training exercises” during the marathon. I have no doubt that these citizen investigations forced the establishment to change the direction of their crime tale, and use Plan B patsies instead. This, however, complicated the momentum of the fiction, and created even more questions.

The deception is by design, and ask anyone in military, you always have more than one exit strategy. Hence the change from right wing extremist to Islamic extremist at the eleventh hour. The conflicting stories are to keep us debating the minutiae and not the real story which is the martial law drill last Friday in Boston. And the tit for tat deal with Russia. Give us Syria, we'll give you the caucuses.
That illegal lockdown of an entire city under the threat of death (by our own police militia! ---we don't even have to leave the country anymore to get killed by paramilitary forces) had nothing to do with getting one 19 yr old kid. We had his name, his picture and would have caught him in 24 hours even WITHOUT that military assault. It was a live fire drill for controlling and conditioning the citizenry. And coordinating all the various agencies. First, they practice (the police and the military together) civil suppression in American cities. Next they needed to know how well they could actually lock a city down. Perfect opportunity. You people better wake up. When they come to YOUR house, SWAT gear, automatic weapons, and start yanking you out of your home, it won't matter how much you love obama. "Cooperate" or die. Don't you think they oughta lock Chicago down, since sometimes a dozen or more people are killed on a friday night (only three were killed in Boston!)? Nope, not yet. The gangs in Chicago will shoot back and they have better guns. And numbers. Plus, they aren't scary "terrorists", so the people can't be whipped into a "USA! USA! USA!" frenzy, ready to burn the Constitution just to save themselves. And they are black, so their lives don't really matter to the police. Just don't kill white people having fun and you're golden.
Imclain, I don't always agree with everything you post, but you're spot on with this one. The drill was a smashing success to the globalist regime. Am I the only one that noticed the Orwellian "shelter in place" jargon that's popping up? It was even in the "leaked" / "mistake" radiation drill in Delaware a couple days ago. People are waking up and it scares them so they're accelerating the program. They're foaming at the mouth after Boston. They can take it to the next level. Another "terror" attack is soon to come, and you will see the same drill on a larger scale. The only important violence to proliferate and exploit in main stream media at nauseam after an event must be associated with where the general television viewing public would imagine white people would be at. The next event will be soccer, tennis, golf, swimming, rowing, farm show, something along those lines. They are fear mongers who aren't concerned with stopping terrorism. Are the political insiders , neo cons, and CIA that stupid to fall for supporting "rebels/ freedom fighters" over and over and over and over without already knowing the end result? I may have believed that the first four or five times in the 60's and 70's....but c'mon son....really? "Order out of chaos" is the motto! We create the problem(terror, economy, etc), wait for the outcry and reaction, offer the solution a la patriot act, a la NDAA, a la common sense gun bans, a la Boston martial law, a la Federal (really private) Reserve, a la whack a war. Korea, Vietnam, almost Cuba, Iraq twice, Afghanistan, Libya, and soon Syria.
