Jose Louis Gonzalez was convicted of sex offense third degree on 2 26 08. He was sentenced to 10 years suspended sentence and 5 years probation. At today's violation of probation hearing he admitted to absconding to New Jersey and convicted to unlawful hand gun possession.Judge Jackson found him guilty of violating probation by committing a new crime.
After hearing from the State that Gonzalez was not only a registered sex offender who left Maryland without permission, he's also a validated Blood Gang Member. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 10 years in the Department Of Corrections.
