QUOTES OF THE DAY 3-4-13

“We need to understand the more government spends, the more freedom is lost…Instead of simply debating spending levels, we ought to be debating whether the departments, agencies, and programs funded by the budget should exist at all.”
Ron Paul
“When the federal government spends more each year than it collects in tax revenues, it has three choices: It can raise taxes, print money, or borrow money. While these actions may benefit politicians, all three options are bad for average Americans.”
Ron Paul

“One thing is clear: The Founding Fathers never intended a nation where citizens would pay nearly half of everything they earn to the government.”
Ron Paul
“Freedom is not defined by safety. Freedom is defined by the ability of citizens to live without government interference. Government cannot create a world without risks, nor would we really wish to live in such a fictional place. Only a totalitarian society would even claim absolute safety as a worthy ideal, because it would require total state control over its citizens’ lives. Liberty has meaning only if we still believe in it when terrible things happen and a false government security blanket beckons.”
Ron Paul

Stop telling me the truth, Ron, it hurts, and there's nothing I can do about the outcome! I vote, but that goes nowhere.

Sadly, 7:11, I concur. But the message will never reach the "47%".
Our only hope id a quick end to the current administration.

Ouch.. I still can't believe that man wasn't elected President. NO ONE could argue effectively against what he said. Apparently, the truth and common sense don't make much sense to the general population. Tell it, Ron, tell it!
