Gov. Martin O'Malley's gun control plan is headed to the House of Delegates floor mostly intact.
After more than eight hours of discussion at a Friday voting session, the House Judiciary and Health and Government Operations committees voted 28-17 to give an amended version of the bill a favorable report.
Delegates made around 20 changes to the Senate's version of the bill.

The gun manufacturer will now move out of Maryland and people will loose their jobs. THE size clip rule was already in place..
We need to fire O"malley and replace the others in 2014.
No problem for me. With O'Malley and 36 increased or new tax laws I decided to move to Delaware 6 months ago. Living in Delmar I shop on the other side anyway because of Md. taxes. There are two stores in the town limits of Delmar that sell beer, wine, and snacks. They are 1000 ft. from each other. If I wish to purchase beer and save 9% where do you think I'm going?
Yes, run and hide from the tyranny, the oppression...it will buy you a short time......

And these weak cowards have the nerve to call anyone else a coward. I can't wait for the sthf and weed out some of these tough guys with no spine. Let them run. At least they will be away from us, bringing down the people of the other states they run to. Good riddance.
