Wicomico is delayed an hour also.
Not according to their Website. "All Schools are operating on a regular schedule"
I looked at the website and it said no delay. I didn't find out about it until I got to school with my daughter. They really need to have accurate information. And I'm not sure why we needed a delay - I saw no fog at all.
This was posted on the Wicomico county public schools facebook page about 2 hours ago. I guess someone didn't update their website. Many parents are going to be upset.
"One-hour delay today for Wicomico, Delmar and Somerset Schools. Two-hour delay for Worcester Schools."
My kids check WBOC every morning. Actually we find them always up to date on Shore closings. Did he Robo calls not work - we got the call.
Someone must be lurking on here. The wcboe website now has the closing listed
If you give the school an accurate phone number, you will get a call. I did!

Do you or they think that all the parents get up every morning to check their FB page. NOT! We have kids to get ready. The only reason I knew about it my 12 year old daughter got a text from a friend saying so. I had to call around to find out. Joe is correct it wasn't on the WCBOE official web page. It stated all schools are operation on a normal schedule.
