A little of that can be blamed on the weather report.They said it would melt a lot faster than it actually did.
How come these guys get AWAY with not cleaning the snow 12hrs after it ends? when others get tickets.
They sure had enough media coverage to make them aware of the penalties.

What the HELL is that all piled up in the left side window case? Looks like a bunch of trash!
Doesn't that just make downtown look inviting.
Until the business owners clean up their own act, I don't want to see another penny spent on that place. The rest of us would get a citation for something like that. If I were a business or developer looking to locate, that right there would tell me to run away.
