Wendy Rosen was the Democratic nominee for the First Congressional District seat this year, but she was forced to drop out of the race in October after allegations surfaced she voted illegally in 2006 and 2010.
Rosen is charged with voting illegally in Baltimore County in both of those elections. Rosen, who is from Cockeysville, can face up to five years in prison and a $2,500 fine for each charge.

Just another example of the politician's mindset that laws and regulations do not apply to them. And the sad part is that we continue to vote for them.

Even though Rosen dropped out a month or more before the election and was not a valid nominee, she still got a ridiculous number of Yellow Dog votes.

Scooter Libby was convisted on a trumped up charge by a prosecuter that already knew that Valery Plame wasn't outed by Carl Rove.

The embarrassment of all of this should say something as to her character...she's a thief and a liar...she knew she couldn't vote twice...

She'll pay $5,000 and avoid jail. They should make her pick up trash on the highway or do some hard labor, that way should could finally feel what it is like to have to work for a living.
I think the Democrats will be hard on her because she only voted twice. They expect at least 4 or 5 votes.
