Playground Safety Going Overboard

It's ridiculous how over the top Playground 'safety' has become, my daughter has been scolded for doing handstands and cartwheels at recess, last week she was told that she would lose recess if she was caught doing them again.
Kids aren't allowed to run in gym, in place of gym equipt it's now fooze ball tables and air hockey... absolutely ridiculous.
