Gymnast Aly Raisman’s Parents Have ‘Hilarious’ Reaction to Their Daughter’s Olympic Performance

It’s not easy being the parent of an Olympic athlete.

After supporting your children with everything from training to outfits since childhood, many parents, it seems, actually feel like they are performing– like somehow, if they just will certain things to happen, it will all go according to plan.

Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman’s parents– mother Lynn and father Ricky– are no different.

Though Raisman stunned the world with her performance on Sunday, Gawker has declared that a clip of her parents watching the performance is equally entertaining.

Sorry, I didn't see this as funny at all. I thought they were very rude, mom anyway. Look at the people around them. They paid their money to attend and not to hear the lunatic behind them. Then, Dad yells at them. He knew the other people were offended by how rude they were. I'm not saying they shouldn't be proud of their daughter and cheer once the routine is over. But, don't be an idiot and rude to all of the other people and even parents. Embarrassing to USA.
