Florida Judge Smacks Down Holder over Non-Citizens Voting

The Department of Justice tried to prevent Florida and its Governor, Rick Scott, from removing non-citizens from its voter rolls, asking for a restraining order and arguing that removing non-citizens would be a violation of the National Voter Registration Act. Today, a U.S. District Judge appointed by former President Bill Clinton denied the Department of Justice's request, according to the Miami Herald. Florida will now be able to rightfully remove non-citizens from its voter rolls.

Scott said in a statement that "the court made a common-sense decision consistent with what I’ve been saying all along: that irreparable harm will result if non-citizens are allowed to vote."

That is the only logical thing to do. We have so little logic these days, it should be a done deal that non-citizens should not vote.

Reason enough (among many) for Holder to go.

As an employer, I am REQUIRED to verify the citizenship of those I hire by the FEDERAL GOV! Why should it take any super legal moves to verify the citizenship of voters and candidates alike? Do you want the Chinese to come over here and vote in a Chinaman? Agreed, simple logic is being lost to PC.

Love how you clowns fall for any and everything you read up here without any regard to context. It wasn't about stopping FL from dumping illegals. There were plenty of people legally registered to vote who were in the process of being dropped. In Miami-Dade county alone just under a third of the voters that were about to be purged were actually US citizens! You guys would be all up in arms if O'Malley sent you notices threatening to take your voter rights and you had to scramble to actually prove you are legal.

6:22 I call bull hockey on you.
More socialist propaganda.
If someone is legal, what do they have to worry about?

I would be ecstatic to prove my American citizenship in order to stop the fraud by the DNC!

6:22 You must really relate to Forrest Gump. Stupid is as stupid says. What part of illegal do you not understand?
