As Salisbury University looks forward to a weekend of athletics competitions, arts performances and special events such as the Student Research Conference, safety and security remain top priorities. It was the Dean of Students who sent that email, not Dr. Foust.
I firmly believe that all of this was meant to happen.A whole lot will be revealed about SU before it's over.Unless I've missed it,SU has not issued an official apology.Lecturing their students about the matter at hand and releasing a statement to the public is not an apology.It's just saying it probably won't happen again.
