BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Caught on camera– a tourist being beaten in downtown Baltimore and instead of helping him, a crowd laughs and steals his belongings.
Mike Hellgren has the video and the investigation.
Police hope this video will get the attackers off the streets.

The victim in this video was so drunk that being armed would not have helped him. So he is to blame for his vulnerability.
On the other hand, the fact that no one came to his aid is inexcusable. Your inability to defend yourself is also the abrogation of your civic responsibility and chivalry.
The Second Amendment is your permit.

He is young and foolish and maybe too trusting.
Yes, it would seem he is very intoxicated. But that does not give anyone the right to assault, rob, strip naked, humiliate and make a video of it, all while LAUGHING!
And black people can't understand why they are viewed with suspicion and contempt?
The few. The proud. The gangsta.
I had another name in mind but I don't think Joe would print it, even though I feel it is very fitting of these 'people'.
Things are starting to happen....make sure you have things to protect yourself; like weapons and ammo and food with water.
