After months of searching, investigators commissioned by Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio to examine Barack Obama’s eligibility for office found Immigration and Naturalization Service travel records for foreign flights into Hawaii in 1961, only to discover that records for the week of Obama’s birth were missing.
Investigators were searching to determine if Barack Obama might have been born in a foreign country and returned to Honolulu in or around August 1961 with his mother, Ann Dunham.
Arpaio’s team looked at databases in the National Archives and Records Administration with microfilm of INS passenger records for foreign flights arriving in Honolulu and New York City.
If Obama was not born in Hawaii, as he and the Hawaii Department of Health have been insisting, there should be INS passenger cards that the new mother filled out for herself and her infant son upon arrival in Honolulu from a Pacific Rim city or arrival in New York City from across the Atlantic.

If Obama was born in the US he would have waved his birth certificate all over the country when he was campaigning for president.
This has nothing to do with it being an election year. People have been asking for not only his birth certificate, but also school transcripts (as they do with all presidents, who because they are telling the truth, show them) for years now.

As for the birth certificate he showed it except some choose not to believe it. With that in mind why should anyone even try to?
What do you do when you provide to proof (no one has proven it is a fraud) and no one will believe it. Even Sheriff Joe's information says it is probably a fraud (what people, who are wrong) have been saying anyway but offers absolutely no proof. It is up to the Sheriff to provide the "proof" not the other way around. What a waste oftime and money. And it is a way to take the glare off of his own problems. Smoke and mirrors.

I, for one, have personally downloaded the "Birth Certificate" off our official White House website and have been able to see the 12 active layers that it was made of. It is NOT a copy of a paper document, more a compilation of 12 paper documents with different inks and papers.
There are several youtube videos that will show even the average dummy this. I have yet to see a real paper certificate.
Why did it take him over 3 years to come up with this one?
The President of the US could call up any state's vital records office and get a copy of his birth certificate immediately if he didn't have his original copy.
It was only after Trump relentlessly pursued this that he released this fake one.
