At about 1 pm today County Council members received notice that MDP Secretary Rich Hall had scheduled a meeting for 2 pm today in Salisbury to discuss Plan Maryland. The meeting was originally believed to have been set up to be a meeting of Secretary Hall with County Executive Rick Pollitt. Earlier today it was learned that representatives from Somerset and Worcester counties will be in attendance, so an invitation was extended to Wicomico County Council members to send representatives. It is expected that the County Council will have a quorum of its membership present. This message is to give notice that the meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of the Government Office Building in Salisbury.

Doesn't sound like the 'right hand knows what the left hand is doing'.
Pollitt had better give our county council members notice of these types of events.
