New House Bill On Animal Cruelty

This House Bill just came online tonight regarding criminal act for animal cruelty.
http://mlis.state.md.us/2012rs/billfile/HB0336.htm

The ink is still 'wet' on this bill and the official language will not be publicly available until the close of business on Monday - January 30, 2012.

This may contain language that will go after people who kill animals like what transpired a few days ago.

I hope this passes and gets this ahole!

This bill will probably not be applicable to Ty Chatham; but will apply to future crimes. Thanks to all who helped get it written; and I sincerely hope it passes.

Is there any proof the ahole did it, or is it still just street talk?

This is good news. Don't take this wrong but wouldn't it be great if they could act so quickly on all legislative matters. ...and I do not mean just our local members..

I care about animal cruelty but is it a good idea to keep making bills because the bills aren't cheap and they are raise taxes to new highs
