BALTIMORE (AP) - The city known nationwide as a homicide hot spot thanks to TV crime dramas could record its lowest annual homicide total since the early 1980s. Through midday Friday, Baltimore has recorded 194 homicides this year, putting it on track to see fewer than 200 homicides for the year and the lowest homicide rate in more than 20 years.

How is this even a good thing 194 homicides it is better than 200 but not by much so this is good that homicide rates are down but how much difference did it make their still is homicides.
It's because they opened a new trauma center and it reduced homicides, attempted murder is up.
Cause most da home-boys locked up already!
It's also because the population of Baltimore has declined significantly.
yeah they are locked up down here and we now suffer all the trash that has moved in to be near to them
Baltimore keeps crime records like Barry Tilghman?
Salisbury has taken Baltimores place.
