House Republicans Trying To Block A Lawsuit Against Boeing
They introduced a bill to prohibit the NLRB from ordering a company to close factories or relocate workers. The Board sued Boeing for building a plant in South Carolina, a right-to-work state. NLRB claimed the company chose the factory location to retaliate for strikes at its airplane assembly in Washington state. Boeing said no reduction in work has taken place in Washington. The bill comes up for a vote Thursday and faces uncertain chances in the Senate where Democratic leaders oppose it. The Obama Administration said the bill would hinder its ability to enforce labor laws.

The democrats are strong arming our business's by forcing them to use the criminal unions.
It would be a really bad precedent if the government (union) were to win this. No company would be able to move freely. Very, very bad.
Sadly the republicans are only in control of one house.
I have said this before and I am saying it again.
Obama and his Socialist and/or Communist members can demarcate a territory and we - (conservatives) - will gladly agree to cede. Here is our - (conservative) - proposal.
The Democratic Socialist can have the territory from the Mississippi River east to the Atlantic Ocean and we conservatives will take the territory from the West side of the Mississippi all the way to the Pacific coast. We conservatives will even do vice-verse if the Democratic Socialist protest as to the East-West demarcation lines.
That way - they - (Democratic Socialist) - can establish their own welfare state and we conservatives can establish our own Free Enterprise State; similar to East Germany and West Germany, and/or North Korea and South Korea, and/or North Vietnam and South Vietnam.
I truly really believe that the time is long overdue for a demarcation to take place.

I tend to agree. The US constitution never intended for our central government to become so entrenched. Instead of having Hillary lay out a middle east plan - I say bring her ass back home and have her map out Beezer's proposal first.
Our country is so divided now that I'm thinking about moving. But whereto - is the bigger question.
Were not that divided but this is the perception looking through the media filter.

Not divided - come on - take a reality pill. The last time our nation was this divided there was a civil war.
