BUTTE, Mont. — A Montana justice of the peace set to preside over a DUI court later this year has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
An assistant attorney general filed the misdemeanor DUI charge Thursday against Robert E. Lee.
He's charged with driving to the Butte-Silver Bow County Courthouse on Nov. 13 while under the influence of methadone. The synthetic narcotic is used to relieve pain or prevent withdrawal from drug addiction.

My Dad use to tell me as a Kid the following. Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you what you are. The corruption we see with this incident rises all the way and into the White House. Except this time we can share fact finding information and these clowns cannot hide anymore. Thank God for the 1st Adm.
OH NO! Robert E. Lee was arrested for DUI?!?!?!? Whos going to lead the South to Victory against those damn Yankees?!?!?!?
what corruption???? He was charged with DUI! doesn't mean he is corrupt just means he lacks ethics and integrity and is a hypocrit.
Ulysses, I know! How can the South rise again when our greatest General is in the clink on a DUI? What was he DUI on? His horse? LOL

4:18, I agree, but not just that, he was taking methadone which is just a pain killer. Granted he made the mistake of driving while on the medication, but it's not like he had a long night at the club.
Ulysses, Get that Northen oppression off my computer screen. We all know who you are fighting for.
