IRS Pays Whistleblower $4.5 Mil
The IRS has paid its first whistleblower award. And it's a doozy at $4.5 million dollars -- before taxes, that is. An in-house company accountant in Pennsylvania raised a red flag about a tax mistake his employer ignored. He tipped off the IRS, which eventually collected $20 million in taxes and interest. The employee received 22 percent. Senator Charles Grassley sponsored the 2006 bill creating the IRS whistleblower office. He tells the AP, the award ought to encourage more people to blow the whistle.

Next week'd headline:
PA Whistleblower drowns accidently while fishing. His freinds said "He should of known better than to toss out the anchor with his hands tied behind his back". His accounting skills will be missed by his comrades at work.
Our government loves it when citizens inform on other citizens, however, when the whistleblowers are government employees informing on GOVERNMENT misdeeds, thats another story...they are hounded, suspended, fired, etc. Look it up.
Spread the wealth baby! Baby needs a new pair of shoes.Even if you don't know who her daddy is. Hey maybe that is why Barack will not let us see his birth certificate. Momma didn't know who's the daddy.
If i tell how the City of Salisbury has been screwing me for years, do i get a reward?
