I don't know about a HAZMAT, but I came upon a pedestrian struck by a car in front of Wendy's around 7:30 or 7:45. A young man was hit in the southbound lane and he looked pretty bad. I'll be amazed if he lives. Then there was a rear-end collision in the traffic behind the scene.
Alert the special operations team. See if anyone is sober enough to show up.

People have forgotten how to cross the street. Hope he makes out ok and looks both ways next time
