citizens should not be "forced fed" to vote. if they aren't educated; don't care or truly aren't up on the issues of the day; they shouldn't vote.
that's the "acorn way". if they breath they can vote. not good in any election.

I think this article is worded incorrectly...if one in four NEVER voted that would mean that three quarters DID vote. I think the gist of the article was that only one in four DID vote.
Works for me...........maybe that means that the illegals didn't get to the polls!
