Are you trying to be mean and insensitive?
Interesting that one would assume this human being is a drug addict. While that may be, she may also be a diabetic in insulin shock having been severely delayed by the weather and only able to medicate while taking a bio break in Delmar. It is truly ashame that people are so quick to judge and condemn without all the facts.

The one by the Mall. I happened to be riding by and saw only the EMS and a Fire Dept Suburban on the scene. No police, so it probably wasn't any foul play.
