I would have solar panels too if someone else was paying for them...
It is a very good news that the white house will set an example in front of world to save electricity.
We are putting solar panels on the roof , not Obama. We will [pay for those panels.

Cheaper and more efficient to just paint the roof white, which saves between 30-40% off heating and cooling costs(as well as being a lot cheaper and longer lasting then solar panels). But who cares, it's not his money.
Wasn't his fix to high gas prices to properly inflate your tires? And they tell us how smart he is... Maybe that's compared to other libs!

I seem to remember this past summer, while they were doing some remodeling in the White House, the subject of putting in panels was brought up and he refused.
But now, suddenly...
The opposition would be so much more productive if they were educated on the issues. 3:42, tire inflation was not Obamas idea; it's derived from stats directly from the Dept. of Energy that we would get quite a bang for our buck for doing this one simple act. It's never been proposed as a be all-end all.
Obama is not putting anything on the roof, WE ARE!! Did HE put them on the home he bought from the slumlord in Chicago? Did HE put them on his illegal alien aunt's government subsidized house? Of course he didn't! He does nothing but talk through a teleprompter, screw things up, promote socialism, ignore the constitution and rally up a bunch of dimwits too stupid to see what he's really doing!!

The solar panels are a diversion so we don't notice the new minarets disguised as wind turbines.

He's just doing this because it was brought up during an interview recently with Jimmy Carter because he did it while he was in office.
I don't see anything wrong with it actually unless the next dumb Republican President removes them!
Nobody's complaining about THAT! You'd rather complain about our tax dollars paying for the installation of them rather than the wasteful spending to take them down after we've already paid for them!
