August 2010

AN INTERESTING FACT ABOUT AUGUST 2010.

This August has
5 Sundays,
5 Mondays,
5 Tuesdays,
all in one month. It happens once in 823 years.
I probably will miss it next time

Today is Phillip ( Pete ) Coopers 100th birthday. Pete was Salisburys public works director for 28 years, serving under 8 mayors. There was a party for him last Saturday nite, and the Salisbury Rotary club hosted another last night, and one today at Mallard Landing, and one sunday at Bethesda church. He was too busy to play golf, but looking forward to playing next week.
