Ok who is paying for this?
they left out the gangs, prostitutes, "foreign" owners of convenience stores, urban blight, fleeing to the suburbs, and open air drug markets. - lol. All American city????? yeah, righttttt. More like all american cesspool. glad I live in the county.
Its to stupid to even be funny. Pathedic is the word I think.
doug wilkerson,
To think that Salisbury was just going for the 9th most dangerous city award. I see we set our sights on more "real" awards. What a joke!! How much did this sh*thole pay to be a finalist???
WE CAN WIN!!!!!
bahahahahahaha!!!!!! does he really expect to win? what a waste of time and money.
My family and many others will have to make up for furloughs while they send people for this rediculous award. Jim Ireton, you suck and have no spine. We all thought you were going to bring change and good horizons. It just keeps getting worse. All American City....riiiiiiiiiiggggghhhhhht. Tell that to the three businesses that just got robbed!
Once again, Ireton is replicating Barrie Tilghman.
I want my vote back and he will never get it again.
Only an idiot would spend time or money to try to win a booby prize.
So, go for it Jim-beau.
As hard up as this city is for money, and Ireton is still playing these silly games. Ask all the people who have to take furloughs, all the businesses and banks that get robbed, and all the people that voted for Ireton who promised "change is on the way" how All American this place is.
All American Cities don't furlough their employees!!!!!!
Doug Wilkerson -
If you are going to "put the City down" so badly, at least learn how to spell it correctly!
Jim, I hate to say this, but you are a bigger disappointment than Louise and that is saying a lot.
Ken Smith
U R kidding...right?
Most unfriendly city to newcomers and the city with the biggest population of ppl that dont give a sh*t. Any of those awards Salisbury is #1.
bottom line. ireton's ego is being stroked and we the citizens are paying for it.
Even if Salisbury does win, barrie will take credit for it
