TROOPERS ARREST MAN FOR CDS POSSESSION

On Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 1:47 pm, A Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on Rt. 346 near Hobbs Road in Salisbury. After further investigation, the driver, Eugene Wilbur Carroll, 56, of Poolesville Md. was found to be under the influence of prescription narcotics. A search of his person incident to arrest revealed several dozen various prescription narcotics not prescribed to him in his possession. He was charged with possession of CDS and paraphernalia and was turned over to a District Court Commissioner pending a hearing.
