you have got to be kidding me? Well guess what? I'm getting rid of my HP and will not by any other HP products. These guys need our support!

I wanted to send them a new one...but where. It is the least we can do being the HP people didnt do anything.

thats ashame i have hp computer and printer but if you get someone from overseas they dont know what they doing half the time. i searched for a number and got someone from the good old usa and they went through every thing but it was just a stuck keyboard, they sending me a new one and they have called everyday to see if my computer was working ok. it just depends who you get. you can ask for someone who speaks english. thank god i got hold of someone over here

hmmmmmm well its nice to see my tax dollars to work a new printer needed now we (the tax payers) will be paying about 80 usd on that and the spent ammo for playing around was about 5 bucks nice to see my dollars to work now if sumone did this back home they would be ridiculed fearsley
