Linda Rogers was listed in today's Daily Rag as having just received a DUI.

AND ,,,,she was not driving, what does that have to do with anything?????????

Doesn't the "D" in "DUI" stand for "Driving"?

In the DUI list where her name appears, it specifically says at the top that it is for arrests made "March 22-28". That was days before the tragic rollover where she was a passenger.

It's just interesting. I am not the original poster but noticed too.

10:46,

I never said she was driving, it(like 6:51 said) is interesting. What does it have to do with anything? Maybe something, maybe not. You just don't normally read someones name in the paper 2 days in a row on two separate things. OK, now calm down and take a deep breath. Maybe this young man was driving her around at the time because she wasn't able to.

who cares if she got a DUI earlier in the week. That has nothing to do with what happened. Instead maybe you should pray for the family of Adam.

I don't understand why some people find it necessary to bring up completely irrelevant information. Linda was a passenger in Adams car. I'm not sure if any of you have any idea what it would be like to be in a car accident with your friend and have that friend tragically perish, and I pray you never do. I am lucky enough never to have had this happen, but I can just imagine what this is like for Linda and Adams family and friends. This is such a tragedy. I didn't know Adam very well, but from what I knew of him, he was a kind soul who could always make me smile. RIP Adam you be missed by many. Adams family will be in my prayers.

Linda wasn't driving in the accident, but she was picked up a few nights prior to the accident. Both of the drivers were being safe, but only linda had her seatbelt on. Adam is an excellent driver and it's out of his character to drive fast like that around a bypass. Its a tragic event so pleae don't speak negatively about the two injured parties. Their family and friends need sympathy, not gossip. I love them both.

Linda was picked up a few nights prior to the incident, but that had nothing to do with the night of the accident. Both parties were very responsible on a regular basis. They always wanted seatbelts on, and if driving wasn't an option walking always was. The injured parties have been through enough and don't need people talking about them. I love them both, so be nice.

Thank you to all who have jumped to Adam's (and Linda's) defense. And those of you who continue to want to draw IRRELEVANT conclusions just SHUT UP. Linda was a PASSENGER, she WAS NOT DRIVING, therefore what she did a week ago HAS NO RELEVANCE. Adam was my youngest cousin and one of the most responsible and generous young men I've ever known. And to have this happen on one of our family's most sacred holidays is even worse. Our family is going through HELL right now! Most of them have been informed by well-wishers of the comments from Adam's friends and acquaintances on this blog and as such ARE READING THE COMMENTS. Take a walk in our shoes before you get up on your soap box or make insinuations that are EXTREMELY upsetting to the family.

To Leo, Pat, Linda, Sherrie, Jeff and Jacob: He is indeed risen. I love you all.

Adam DID have his seatbelt on according to his parents and the police.

Adam was a very sweet, nice and genuine guy from what I knew of him. He would go out with us to have a good time but did NOT drink and drive and tended to leave early--rather than putting the hours in like we did. So sorry he had to go so young...what a tragedy! His family and friends are in my prayers...

Adam was AMAZING- we work with the Sleep lab he works with in Maryland- he did set ups on pts for us (Nationwide Medical) and he was a great guy. There was not 1 day when we didn't speak to him where he didn't make us laugh and smile. I always had a good morning e-mail waiting from him and it was always the 1st e-mail I received every morning. I will truly miss you ADAM or as I called him EIC TDH AWK (executive in charge, tall dark & handsome Adam Walter Kondziola) I will miss you and all my good mornings and all our jokes, I LOVE YOU and thanks for being such a great friend Adam!

I am extremly saddened to hear about the loss of our good friend. Adam was a GREAT guy and always knew how to put a smile on my face, even when being his sarcastic self! I will miss my morning emails and phone calls from him, its just not the same coming to work and not hearing from him. We will miss him deeply and my thoughts and prayers are with his Family.
We miss you Adam ! =(

OK the passenger who received a DUI has nothing to do with the loss of a wonderful human being. His story is tragic and he was much too young to leave this world. A life taken too soon should only make you grateful YOU ARE ALIVE; NOT PROMOTING SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE FROM THE WEEK PRIOR. Adam, we all miss you very much. I am so sorry you are gone while other stupid people in this world remain alive. Xoxo

I am Adam's mother, I want to say
thank you for all the kind words and thoughts about Adam. I am raw
around the edged right now, but your comments help to heal me, one by one. He had grown to an exceptional young man and I am so
proud to say He was my son. Adam
never said a negative word about
anyone. What keeps me going forward
is spending time with his friends,of which he had many.Thank You
