Representative Hank Johnson suffers from Hepatitis C. That being said - I have a problem when this appears to be the type of individual elected to office more often than ever before in our history. Speaker Pelosi saying that they "have to pass the healthcare bill, so we can find out what is in it." We need people in Washington who think clearly and understand the basics. Those that are there now don't meet the simplest requirements.

We simply need to look at what is coming out of the Congress as an example of others that are mentally challenged. Please let him alone, as he is not alone.
I find it hard to believe that this is a real exchange between a US Congressman and an Admiral in the US Navy. If this is not a phony video, the State of Georgia and the House of Representatives should ashamed and censured for such a travesty. This makes a mockery of our government and all its citizens. This Hank Johnson has the mental depth of mayonnaise and the intellect of a mud pie. If a legal competency hearing were held for this “Representative” every vote he has participated in would have to be revoked or thrown out.
Anyone who supports this incompetent is no better than he is. Get him out and any other idiots like him whatever age, race, party, country of national origin, religion or sex they may be.

But as witless as Hank Johnson is, he is still better than the leftist Cynthia McKinney he replaced.
Besides many wacko views she held, she also thought she was above the law. You might remember Ms. McKinney being arrested in D.C. when she bypassed a metal detector and then struck a Capitol Police officer who tried to stop her. In 2008 she was the Presidential candidate for the Green Party. She also supported Cindy Sheehan for congress.
The Georgia 11th District, which runs from Atlanta to Savannah, has a history of sending people to congress who are out of the mainstream of America.
