None of us can ever condone this behavior. But we must remember these are young immature people, who have made a mistake. A mistake that I hope they are truly sorry for, I think they should pay the cost of the clean up. I hope they realized how wrong they were, the pain they have caused to a very fine community and publically apologise. Hopefully we will not ruin their lives for a first, stupid mistake. That said. I have used that Ramp for years. I have seen all races, white, black, Asian, Hispanic, fish and crab from the docks and bridge. I have never seen anyting but one person trying to help another. Black men showing a young white kid how to catch the grass shrimp for bait. Ole white men who look hard as nails giving a hand to a Black lady who has caught a big cat fish. Young black men who have the music playing loud from the car speakers, telling the Hispanic people were the hot spot is to catch some perch. That is a place we have all enjoyed for decades. I confident this mistake will not ruin the atmosphere of Wetipquin. We are Rural Wicomico Countians, we will over come this, black or white , green or Yellow.
We will continue to fish and crab together on one of our most beautiful creeks, as we have done for so many years, and we will continue to enjoy the sport and each other
