BRIEF RESUME: On 01-22-10 at 1947 hours Tpr. Dudiak was distpatched to the area of Powellville Rd. in Willards, for a alleged Domestic Assault in progress . The victims stated that the accused struck Leto in the head as well as under the arm and right leg with a 2x4 piece of lumber. Lewis was also allegedly struck with the piece of lumber on her left leg. Both victims suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Brian Keith Cooper was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree and Reckless Endangerment.

It was a press release. That means it is for public knowledge. I have a thought don't do illegal acts and it will not be released.
It is public knowledge and considering the family I am not suprised. I am guessing that Penny or Ashley is the first comment.
That family is pretty disfunctional. This isn't the first time something like this has happened within this family. Just check out the court records.
I have had personal dealings with the family in the past and they are pretty screwed up!
Perhaps we could start a fund to put information like this on billboards in the offenders areas. Then you might actually THINK for once about the consequences attached to you actions. You DID it - you OWN it. Should've taken a few minutes to breathe before acting. You'll get no sympathy here.

for almost 2 years filing false protective orders on me etc, calling social services, claiming I was hurting my son etc

Anonymous; what a screwed up family they are. I feel sorry for the victum Anthony Leto. she has a baby to think of and she lets that crazy father of hers near them. what was she thinking? I knew her a long time ago and she manipulates those around her.
