On June 11, 2009, at approximately 05:45 A.M., Ocean City Police responded to the
Americana Hotel, located at 513 Atlantic Avenue, in reference to an armed robbery.
When Officers arrived at the scene, they were told that at about 5:00 A.M., 3 masked
individuals brandishing handguns, entered the lobby of the hotel. The gunman then stolemoney and property from the hotel and the desk clerk. The suspects fled from the hotel inan unknown direction. The hotel desk clerk was not injured during the robbery.
The suspects are described as 3 black males all with thin builds. All three were wearingwhite colored cloth masks with cut out eyes and mouth.

Can we track the sales of masks with eye and mouth cutouts?
I have informed several places
that a shot gun and a hand gun can be very useful now. These can be kept under the counter and used without the criminals knowledge.
Unfortunately the aiming point is
right at the midsection and the genitals. Sorry about that!
