INCIDENT: Murder Investigation
LOCATION: Wicomico County Landfill
NARRATIVE:
On May 7, 2009 the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation and the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit arrested the below listed for the murder of Humbird Lynn Johnson. The body of the victim was discovered by Wicomico Sheriff’s Office Deputies on Saturday May 2, 2009. Donahue was taken to WCDC where he is being held without bond.
On May 19, 2009, members from the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation are currently searching evidence that may have been discarded at the Wicomico County Landfill.

that is the crappy side of police work. Searching through other peoples trash to find evidence. Nast but necessary. mistreated the guards, No wonder they made a murderer out of him.
The place was a Hellhole, who liked to harass and set up officers.
He probably was set up there, and blamed for missing Keys, that a Capt there, really lost.

1044 sounds like you know sam workman you are lucky to know such a great investigator sam has his own way of investigations that works well he has very high arrest rate with many of his cases
Investigate Kathleen Green, warden
of ECI. She mistreated, harassed all the good officers for Years.
She should have been Locked Up.
This dude, is just one of ECI's
rejects, who got Fired there.
Plenty more, got away, that should
have been Fired also, esp the
WARDENs.
This one is the one, who, later worked for the US POST OFFICE and
was in the news for Stealing from them. Maybe he misses ECI, where
he probably, will now return to.
