Mayor Barrie Tilghman throws in the first pitch of the Shorebirds Season. When she went to throw the ball to home plate she threw it right into the ground at her own feet. She must have had a ton of glue still left on her fingers from all the shredding going on earlier that day.

2:15 - Joe's so called "making fun" of the Mare is a small price to pay for the hell she has put the citizens of Salisbury through during the past 10 years: out-of-control crime, a police force which has exited in masse during the past 10 years, a morally corupt (if not criminally corupt) intimidation process, urban flight due to the unwillingness to work together with City codes, Salisbury University, and neighborhood associations, mass migration of businesses, a dead downtown area, a lack of civic pride....should we go on? She deserves a whole lot worse than Joe is giving her. If you lived in Salisbury, you would know.
