Delegates Norm Conway and Jim Mathias to Hold Town Hall Meeting

A reader called today to let me know that there will be a ‘Town Hall Meeting’ held this Saturday at 10:00 am till 11:30 am at the new Pocomoke Firehouse on Market Street.

In anticipation of the upcoming 426th Session of the Maryland General Assembly, Del. James Mathias and Del. Norman Conway will be holding this meeting.

These are the folks who bring your concerns to the State House. These men are the ones whose ear you need in order to let them know how you feel on the issues that affect your life.

If you have a concern on the State level, then it is important for you to be there on Saturday morning and let them know your concerns.

What perfect timing! After the letter that I got last night, about upcoming State Budget Cuts for the elderly and disabled, we need to be there as an advocate for our elderly, not to mention the thousands of Maryland homeowners that are facing foreclosure.

If you can’t make the meeting; please email Delegate Mathias at

delegate@jimmathias.com

and let him know your concerns for the future of our State.

Future meeting will be in

  • Saturday, Jan. 24, Pittsville Fire House, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.; Ocean Pines Library, 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, Jan. 31, Ocean City Library, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Feb. 7, Salisbury, Wicomico Public Library, 11:30 a.m.

Please:

Someone take a petition to impeach O'Malley for everyone -- that includes you both, Norm and Jimbo -- to sign.
