This morning while resting up against a giant oak tree i watched two eagles and two hawks fighting something terrible in the canopy of the trees. The noise was unbelievable, the agility of the birds was facinating, aint nature true and cool. Hunting is fun even when you dont get one.

I once was in a deer stand watching a rabbit getting his morning fare, and then saw a fox stalking him for a morning meal. Suddenly, out of the sun, an eagle jumped from the tree, went into fighter mode, and began his dive. He hit the FOX on the shoulder and neck, killing him in an instant! As he ate his share, 23 Buzzards accumulated above in the trees and waited patiently as the eagle finished his breakfast and flew off. I may have missed a passing deer during the show, but it was worth my time to be there!
