71% of high school students are getting their diplomas.
I feel this is very alarming. How do you feel about children not getting their diplomas?

Unfortunately, the 71% who are getting their diplomas include a lot who shouldn't have. I'm appalled at how even college graduates can't spell or use proper puctuation or grammar.
When I went to school 71% was a C minus. That is not very respectable.
8:13 I don't quite understand what you are asking me. If you are asking me if the "No child left behind" is working....my answer would be "no"....as with everything else not working in the world right now.
Well, we need some of those underachievers to work at Walmart and our beloved fast food restaurants.
