Joyce Crouch Retires From City Of Fruitland

Joyce Crouch received a beautiful proclamation last night from the Fruitland City Council last night. County Executive Rick Pollitt was there for the ceremony as he worked hand in hand with Joyce for many years.

Joyce worked for the City for 34 years and will surely be missed. Her wealth of knowledge is going to be impossible to replace.

Joyce, enjoy your retirement in good health.

Joyce, no one will ever be able to replace you. You were able to work on anything without having to ask questions. Your knowledge alone of how this city runs was a huge asset. Your smiling face will be missed at each meeting.

Happy Retirement! You certainly deserve it. Don't be a stranger.

Joyce Crouch SHOULD BE THE CITY MANAGER IN FRUITLAND.......She held Rick Pilots hand for years and now John McDonalds......Walk in and asked either one a question and they sent you to Joyce......I am so so sad to see her go....
