Baskets For The Brave

97.5 & 105.9 CAT COUNTRY and RedneckSnackBaskets.com wish to honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who are serving our country overseas.

If you have a loved one who will be overseas for the holidays, here's your chance to send a piece of home to them.

97.5 & 105.9 CAT COUNTRY and RedneckSnackBaskets.com will award five "Iraq Basket" Snack Baskets during the week of November 17th-21st, with shipment overseas by December 1st to guarantee your serviceman or woman will be enjoying their Basket in time for Christmas!

The "Iraq Basket" Snack Basket weighs in at a hefty 17 POUNDS and was designed to stand the heat -- and it's PERFECT for the serviceman or woman overseas who yearns for a taste of home. Included in the 5 1/2 gallon galvanized steel tub are: bottles of soda (such as Mountain Dew, RC Cola or Orange Crush), Chicken Biscuit crackers, Cheetos, Doritos, Fritos, Lays Potato Chips, Pretzels, Cheese Crackers, Slim Jims, Beef Jerky, Cracker Jack, Twizzlers & other candy items, Grandma's Cookies and much more! The Baskets are valued at $94.95 each.

Registration is a two-step process. First, complete the form (on the website), including your name and info, plus the Service Person's name and what country they're currently serving in, and some info about that special person and why they should win one of the Baskets (150 words or less). Please note that all fields in bold are required. Once we have this information, we'll ask you to upload a photo of your special person. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on November 11, 2008.

Good luck and Happy Holidays from RedneckSnackBaskets.com and 97.5 & 105.9 CAT COUNTRY!

Sorry, but that's stupid.
If they're fighting for us, maybe the U.S. military could provide them with snacks?!!!
I can't see spending $100 on this, can you?

no one is spending any money on this promotion. The folks at RedneckSnackBaskets.com have donated the five baskets to be given away. If someone wants to order a basket on their own or other items, that's their prerogative. The five baskets we're giving away will not cost anyone any money, and will also be shipped out free of charge.
I'm guessing the military is providing our soldiers with some type of snack items -- this is just a really BIG batch they can share with their fellow soldiers!

Thanks,
