Harry Reid re-defines "voluntary"
This is one of the most ridiculous interviews I've ever seen. No matter how bad anyone thought Palin's interview was, it is a Nobel Prize winner in comparison to this gem......

What an idiot. This is why many people choose not to go to college. It eats at your brain and takes away your common sense.
I guess he's so use to changing the meaning of words, that's what politicians like to do. Congress 101.
His whole point is that there are many deductions and loopholes that one can claim/exploit. That makes the tax "voluntary".
If I borrow money with my house as collateral, I can choose to cut my income taxes.
You can't do that in Germany. There, you just pay the tax.
