Soon to be former Rep. Wayne Gilchrest has finally come out of the closet. He's not only a liberal, he's a liberal Democrat. This is something that many of us have known for some time. With Gilchrest's endorsement of Barack Obama, it's official!
We know that Gilchrest's liberal apologists will continue to defend him. That's fine. As we have noted before, Gilchrest lacks the personal integrity to continue service. Fortunately for him, honor is not a prerequisite for a nice Congressional pension.
There is no malice on our side. After Andy Harris is elected to Congress we will bear no ill will to Gilchrest. At least he is finally being honest about who he is. As for his new friends, we hope that they will all come together for one more verse of "Kum By Ya".
For all of you Kratovil supporters without Obama signs in their yards, shoot me an email. If your local Democrats can't get you one I'll sure give it try. I think that you should be as honest as your buddy Wayne has suddenly decided to be.

I would like to thank you for offering to get the good people of Wicomico County some Obama merchandise, but I'm pretty sure we've had it covered for them on the Shore since before the primaries.
Plus the Grand Opening of the Wicomico Democratic Headquarters is kicking off at 2PM, this Sunday the 21st, in the City Center building on the downtown plaza. Everyone is invited, and we will have more than enough Obama and Kratovil materials for them.
AS for bashing Gilchrest for his "lack of honor"... It's more honorable to see someone putting their country before their party... unlike Mr. Club For Growth, Andy Harris.

"Kum By Ya". That is a phrase Gary Comegys uses a lot at city council meetings on PAC-14.
Just remember that same racist remark when you vote for a mayor of Salisbury. Gary is the "King of Kum By Ya."

Ehrlich supported Gilchrest when Colburn ran against him. Within months, Gilchrest was testifying against the slots in Annapolis. Good riddance Wayne!

What racism? If you are referring to the "Kum By Ya" reference it merely shows how ignorant you are rather than how racist I am NOT.
Conservatives love to make fun of liberals by referring to their seeming desire to sit around the fire, make some Smores and sing "Kum By Ya" rather than offer real solutions for the country (other than wasting our tax dollars).
At least when I tag someone, I'm man enough to do it under my own name.
