Car Show at the Festival

Wheels that Heal put on a car show yesterday at the 59th annual Delmarva Chicken Festival. Cars filled up the back lot behind the theatre and Dick's Sporting Goods with everyone passing up and down appreciating some good work.

Founded in 2003, Wheels that Heal is a community oriented group who put on events dealing with cars to benefit charities, communities, and Wheels that Heal is a non profit organization.

Joe,
I just got around to reading Salisbury News after a very busy weekend and wanted to thank you for your article on The Car show at the Chicken Festival. We registered 145 cars and donated $2044.00 to Maple Shade Youth Services. Then that evening we hosted the Salisbury Cruise-in at K-Mart and help the ladies of Spery Van Ness raise close to $1000.00 for a co-worker.
Not a bad day.
